Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required at checkout. Orders are confirmed once payment is processed.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times vary by location. Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect address information.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

We only accept replacements for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Preorders & Made-to-Order

Preorder and made-to-order items require extended processing times. Estimated delivery timelines are listed on the product page. All preorder and made-to-order sales are final.
