When will my order ship?
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Due to production schedules, inventory availability, and order volume, processing times may vary. Please allow 7–21 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.
Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been shipped. Processing times may be extended during product launches, holidays, sales events, or unforeseen production delays.
We appreciate your patience and support and will provide updates regarding any significant delays.

It’s better to under-promise and over-deliver. If most orders ship in 10 days but your policy says up to 21 business days, customers are often pleasantly surprised when they receive them sooner.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. We accept returns or exchanges on unworn items in original condition within 3 days of delivery. Items marked final sale are not eligible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Yes. Many Key of Blessings pieces are produced in limited quantities to maintain quality, intention, and exclusivity.
